Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Salisa International (“Salisa International”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Maymon mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).


Accounts and membership:

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Mobile Application. By using this Mobile Application and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you create an account in the Mobile Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.


Prices, Billing and payments:

All prices are VAT inclusive.

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.


Refund policy:

Our policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you be issued a refund on the product. If the period of 3 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.


Refund requirements:

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

In order to process a refund, you may be required to provide the following in your refund claim:

  • ­ Image of the product
  • ­ Product purchase receipt

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all refund claims will be inspected. If the information provided fails to prove a defect in the product, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.


Sale and clearance items:

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.


Promotional Offers:

  • ­ All promotions apply to the order value and exclude delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
  • ­ Two promotions cannot be combined in the same order.
  • ­ Some products may be excluded from certain promotions.
  • ­ Any promotion can be modified or canceled without notice.
  • ­ Offers are valid until the date specified in the promotion announcement.
  • ­ Promotional offer can be used only once unless otherwise stated.
  • ­ Promotional offers can be targeted to a specific customer segment.
  • ­ Promotional offers cannot be used with your purchase through Maymon points or gift cards.
  • ­ Promotional offers may be subject to a minimum order value.

Referral Program:

  • ­ Every Member may only earn a maximum of 20 referral bonuses in total.
  • ­ The offer applies to active Maymon members who refer a new member.
  • ­ The offer applies to new members who have not previously registered in Maymon application.
  • ­ The referral bonus for an active member will be automatically applied towards Maymon wallet once the new member has made the first purchase(s) worth more than 100 riyals.
  • ­ The referral bonus for a new member will be automatically applied once they make their first order.
  • ­ The amount of the referral bonus cannot be cashed or transferred to another person or claimed as a debt on the Maymon App or the Maymon mother company.
  • ­ Each active member or new member bonus is valid for use within 3 months of earing the offer.
  • ­ Value Added Tax (VAT): The VAT will be added to the purchase and will be calculated using the balance. The customer will be responsible for paying the tax.
  • ­ Do Not Disturb Policy: The latest Do Not Disturb (SPAM) policies must be followed. The distribution of invitations is restricted to a small group of people. It is strictly forbidden to send the offer to strangers or to circulate it widely through large quantities of messages or emails or sell it in any way.
  • ­ Maymon has the right to exclude the use of the bonus in some promotions.
  • ­ Maymon has the right to suspend any account suspected of manipulation of any kind and is not obligated to explain the reason for the suspension of the account to the member.
  • ­ Maymon has the right to suspend, redesign, change, or cancel this offer without any future commitment to active customers. Maymon is committed to share the use of previously earned balances and maintain the right to use those balances in future purchases.

Indemnification and warranties:

While we have made every attempt to ensure that the information contained in the Mobile Application is correct, Salisa International is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information. All information in the Mobile Application is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event will Salisa International, or its partners, employees or agents, be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information in the Mobile Application or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, information contained in the Mobile Application and any pages linked to from it are subject to change at any time and without warning.

We reserve the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Disclaimer in the Mobile Application. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.


Accuracy of information:

Occasionally there may be information in the Mobile Application that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to availability, promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Mobile Application or on any related Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Mobile Application including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Mobile Application should be taken to indicate that all information in the Mobile Application or on any related Service has been modified or updated.


Third-party services:

If you decide to enable, access or use third-party services, be advised that your access and use of such other services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of such other services, and we do not endorse, are not responsible or liable for, and make no representations as to any aspect of such other services, including, without limitation, their content or the manner in which they handle data (including your data) or any interaction between you and the provider of such other services. You irrevocably waive any claim against Salisa International with respect to such other services. Salisa International is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your enablement, access or use of any such other services, or your reliance on the privacy practices, data security processes or other policies of such other services. You may be required to register for or log into such other services on their respective mobile applications. By enabling any other services, you are expressly permitting Salisa International to disclose your data as necessary to facilitate the use or enablement of such other service.



We are not responsible for content residing in the Mobile Application. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on some occasions and in certain circumstances, with absolutely no obligation, we may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when we may have backed up data for our own purposes. We make no guarantee that the data you need will be available.


Privacy policy:

This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Salisa International (“Salisa International”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you (“User”, “you” or “your”) may provide in the Maymon mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.


Collection of personal information:

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, make a purchase, fill any online forms in the Mobile Application. When required this information may include your email address, name, phone number, address, credit card information, or other Personal Information. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Mobile Application’s features. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us.


Collection of non-personal information:

When you open the Mobile Application our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include information such as your device’s IP address and location, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, information you search for in our Mobile Application, access times and dates, and other statistics.


Use and processing of collected information:

You are able to access, add to, update and delete certain Personal Information about you. The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Mobile Application or Services change. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. Some information may remain in our private records after your deletion of such information from your account. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.



Information transfer and storage:

Depending on your location, data transfers may involve transferring and storing your information in a country other than your own. You are entitled to learn about the legal basis of information transfers to a country outside the European Union or to any international organization governed by public international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by us to safeguard your information. The rights of users:

You may exercise certain rights regarding your information processed by us. In particular, you have the right to:

  • ­ withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to the processing of your information
  • ­ object to the processing of your information if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent;
  • ­ learn if information is being processed by us, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the information undergoing processing;
  • ­ verify the accuracy of your information and ask for it to be updated or corrected;
  • ­ restrict the processing of your information (under certain circumstances to be determined by Salisa International), in which case, we will not process your information for any purpose other than storing it;
  • ­ obtain the erasure of your Personal Information from us (under certain circumstances to be determined by Salisa International); and
  • ­ receive your information in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that your information is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on your consent, on a contract which you are part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.

The right to object to processing:

Where Personal Information is processed for a public interest, in the exercise of an official authority vested in us or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us, you may object to such processing by providing a ground related to your particular situation to justify the objection. You must know that, however, should your Personal Information be processed for direct marketing purposes, you can object to that processing at any time without providing any justification. How to exercise these rights:

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the owner through the contact details provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible and always within one month.


Privacy of children:

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13 and we shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation by our users in this regard. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Mobile Application or Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our Mobile Application or Service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us through our Mobile Application or Service, please contact us.



We offer electronic newsletters to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us. However, you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.


Information security:

We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of Personal Information in its control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that (i) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (ii) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and our Mobile Application cannot be guaranteed; and (iii) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third-party, despite best efforts.


Data breach:

In the event we become aware that the security of the Mobile Application has been compromised or users’ Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third-parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the user as a result of the breach or if notice is otherwise required by law. When we do, we will send you an email.


Legal disclosure:

We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your user account and personal data will likely be among the assets transferred.

This Disclaimer sets forth the general guidelines, terms and conditions of your use of the Maymon mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).



Any views or opinions represented in this Mobile Application reflect the views and opinions of Salisa International, its affiliates, Content creators or employees. Any views or opinions are not intended to malign any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company, or individual.


Content and postings:

You may print a copy of any part of this Mobile Application for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy any part of the Mobile Application for any other purposes, and you may not modify any part of the Mobile Application. Inclusion of any part of this Mobile Application in another work, whether in printed or electronic or another form or inclusion of any part of the Mobile Application in another mobile application by embedding, framing or otherwise without the express permission of Salisa International is prohibited.


Acceptance of this disclaimer:

You acknowledge that you have read this Disclaimer and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing the Mobile Application you agree to be bound by this Disclaimer. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Disclaimer, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application. Any unauthorized use or access of the Mobile Application and its Services shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, and accordingly, Salisa International reserves the right to seek any appropriate legal remedy, as it deems fit, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
